Xplore Indo Vacation Rentals Only acts as an agent for arranging Rental for Guests from Owner and acts as collecting agent of Owner for collecting Rental.
As such, Xplore Indo Vacation Rentals accepts no responsibility for provision of accommodation or quality of accommodation provided or other services provided by relevant Owner. Any issues related to Property faced by Guest after Starting Rental should be reported to local representative of Owner. Client may also contact Xplore Indo Vacation Rentals to facilitate and help resolution of issues faced by them during office hours or through E Mail.
We or the property owner are in no way responsible for any failure or falling short of utilities like power or water supply or any acts of nature or major mechanical or electrical issues that would affect your living at the property. No refunds will be provided for the same.
Guests can use all amenities and facilities in and around the property but at their own responsibility. If any damage is done to the property or the amenities then the guest is liable to pay for it.
The property owners and other staffs in the property are not agents or employees of Xplore Indo Vacation Rentals. Xplore Indo Vacation Rentals and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoors. Breaking this rule will incur penalty of 1 day booking amount.
Loud music / late night parties are to be avoided in outdoors.
Google map location will be provided upon booking confirmation, please use Google map location to reach out our place. In case of any issues, please reach out to Check-in contact.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification (Aadhar Card only accepted for Indian nationals) at the time of check-in or via the web portal link which will sent after booking confirmation.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to the property.
Our property is "NOT PET FRIENDLY". Please contact the Stay Manager whereas pets are allowed in few properties with additional charges.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability with additional charges.
Extra charges are applicable if payment is made via Card / Payment links. Only successful transactions will be accounted for Card / Payment link / UPI payments.
Outside food is not allowed in the property. Self-cooking is not allowed unless other special permission is taken prior to booking.
